For decades, the three founders—each recognized within their own field at the highest level—found themselves repeatedly contributing to the same large-scale international EPC projects. These projects demanded seamless integration across Engineering, Procurement, and Construction. Yet despite pursuing the same objective, essential capabilities often remained fragmented between disciplines, contractors, and stakeholders.
